To clients in UK, US and the Middle East, Maveric provides the option of managing testing projects through a combination of on-site (at client premises) and offshore delivery (from one of Maveric's delivery centers in India).
Maveric's on-site team will develop test strategy, prepare test plans, take accountability for knowledge transfer to offshore team and manage all interactions with the client team. The onsite team will primarily focus on testing delivery. The offshore team will spearhead test design, execution and defect management.
