RANGA REDDY
Ranga is the CEO and Co-founder of Maveric Systems. He was quick to spot the emergence of independent software testing as a fast-growing niche area, for offering a differentiated service, in an already crowded IT services space in India.
After venturing into testing with a single client relationship eleven years back, Maveric has grown over the last decade to become a leading pure play Business Assurance organisation that works with leading global Banking and Insurance organisations.
Ranga's key focus area over the next few years would be to make Maveric one of the top 5 global business and IT assurance companies. Having established a strong presence in India and the Middle East, Maveric is currently focussed on gaining the top 3 position in Europe and APAC.
Ranga started his professional life in Management Consulting. He worked with organisations like World Bank, American Express, Reckitt and Coleman, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, Polaris Software, AT Kearney, NDDB, AP Govt. and Govt. of India for close to 15 years in the areas of business strategy, people management, change management and transformational leadership.
An Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy in Chennai, he has done his business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

P. VENKATESH
Venkatesh is a Director and Co-founder of Maveric Systems. His passion lies in developing a more scientific approach to testing in organizations. Over the last 6 years Venkatesh has focused his efforts on creating unique productivity tools that enable systematic and efficient testing. Venkatesh leads sales strategy, analyst relationships and new service development.
His role in new service development is to design differentiated service offerings and establish Maveric as a domain led Business and Assurance partner. Venkatesh and his team also lead Maveric’s investment in IP, methods & tools.
Venkatesh has been a consultant and an entrepreneur for 30 years across diverse sectors viz. banking, financial services, retail, government and urban services. Venkatesh is a subject matter specialist in retail banking and regulatory compliance by virtue of his extensive work with banks across geographies. He has worked closely with an impressive portfolio of international bodies that includes State Bank of India, Emirates Bank, First Gulf Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, ABN Amro, World Bank, RAKBANK, Metro Bank, SBI General Insurance and United India Insurance.
Venkatesh was a key contributor to the World Bank framework and action plan for the development of financial institutions, to serve the small and medium businesses in India.
Venkatesh has extensive experience supporting clients in India, US, UK and the Middle East. Venkatesh is a Chartered Accountant and Finance professional.
V. N. MAHESH
Mahesh is an Executive Director and co-founder of Maveric Systems. Mahesh’s primary responsibility is operationalizing Maveric’s 2015 plan with the target of making Maveric a top 5 Global Business and IT Assurance company. Mahesh focuses on Maveric’s growth strategy viz. new service identification, entry into new verticals and growth through acquisition.
Mahesh has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry in the area of solutions design, delivery and quality. He has wide ranging experience in delivering complex testing solutions to clients in Europe and US through innovative models of offshore and onsite service delivery.
Prior to joining Maveric he founded Adarsh Technologies, an IT solutions company which catered to clients in the retail segment in the U.S. and provided solutions for co-operative banks in India. Prior to that, Mahesh held various IT consulting roles at AF Ferguson and Infosys Technologies.
Mahesh holds a postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and a BE from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. Mahesh’s interests include travelling, trekking, swimming and yoga.
N. N. SUBRAMANIAN
NN Subramanian (Subbu) is a Director and Co-founder of Maveric Systems. He leads Marketing, Sales and Account Management across geographies.
Expanding Maveric operations in Europe and APAC and maintaining leadership position in India and Middle East is the key focus for Subbu. He also leads the Global Partnerships and Alliances programme aimed at Banking and Financial Product Companies, Testing Tool Companies and System Integrators.
Subbu's passion for exceeding customer expectations also involves him closely with client relationship management in key accounts. He believes that Maveric's business model will always be based on a few key enduring anchor client relationships rather than a very large base.
Subbu has close to 20 years of experience in business development and management consulting. Prior to Maveric, he was a management consultant with Eicher Consultancy Services. He has worked with organisations like Tata Telecom, Amway, American Express, World Bank, Oracle, Misys, Dubai Islamic Bank and RAKBANK among others.
Subbu holds a postgraduate Diploma in Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India and is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.

V.SURYA
Surya V. is VP – Global Delivery at Maveric. His responsibilities at Maveric include Pre-Sales, Program Management, Test Delivery and Delivery Operations.
With Maveric rapidly becoming multi-locational in its delivery, Surya’s primary challenge is ensuring that clients perceive the same level of responsiveness and capability in Maveric teams across various locations. Surya and his team also ensure that we are constantly innovating and improving our testing methods and processes to make our clients successful.
Surya’s extensive experience of 25 years extends across retail and corporate banking viz. corporate IT policy and planning, IT risk and process consulting, core banking solution-led business transformation and leading software testing programs.
Prior to joining Maveric, Surya was engaged with RBTT Financial Group, Trinidad & Tobago, where he was Program Manager of the core banking solution-led business transformation initiative. Prior to that he was as at Tanning Technologies as Head of Testing, Quality, Process and PMO. Earlier to this he was engaged with Price Waterhouse Coopers, BaaN and State Bank Of Hyderabad.
Surya is a Bachelor of Science from Kakatiya University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and Software Engineering. He holds numerous professional certifications namely, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), Prince2 Practitioner and Certified Quality Analyst (CQA).
Surya’s passion lies in teaching. Coaching young adults within the family and friends circle excites him and he loves listening to Mohammed Rafi’s songs.

V.MAHADEVAN
Mahadevan heads Strategic Sales at Maveric Systems Ltd. His primary area of focus is offering long term Managed Test Services to Tier 1 Banking and Insurance players. He also supervises multi geography test delivery for Maveric’s strategic accounts.
Mahadevan brings with him rich experience of over three decades in the Software industry spanning Delivery, Account Management, Consulting and Strategic Sales in the areas of Banking, Insurance & Manufacturing verticals.
Before Maveric, Mahadevan was with Polaris Software for over 15 years as Sr. Vice President and Business Head – Retail Banking and was responsible for delivering solutions globally to some of the largest banking customers like Citibank, Shinsei bank etc. He has managed customers across geographies and has a deep understanding of various cultures and their work ethic.
Mahadevan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a PG Diploma in Computers. He is an ardent Cricket fan and loves watching the game from close quarters whenever possible.

K. SUBRAMANIAN (KSubbu)
KSubbu is Sr VP heading Middle East and Africa Region. His responsibilities include, regional business planning, new market entry, sales and account management. K Subbu’s focus is on enhancing Maveric’s Top 3 position in the region, converting current relationships to long term Managed Services Model and leading the foray into Telecom and Government verticals.
KSubbu’s experience spans 25 years of sales and business development in the IT industry across US, Japan, APAC and Middle East regions. For most of his career he has focused on conceptualizing and tailoring solutions to banking and insurance verticals. He has also led product engineering services.
Prior to Maveric, KSubbu was head of APAC region at Symphony Services. Before that he was with Polaris in the capacity of Country Manager, Japan. He has worked as Country Channels & Alliances Manager at Compaq and before that was with Wipro where he went on to become the Regional Manager India – BFSI for the Southern Region.
KSubbu holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India. During his leisure time, he likes spending time with his family, and enjoys various outdoor games.

P.T.SRINIVASAN
Srinivasan PT (PTS) is a Principal Consultant at Maveric Systems. PTS heads Maveric’s R&D facility at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Research Park, Chennai, and also coordinates Maveric’s joint research with IIT Madras.
Over the last four years, PTS and his team have been singularly focused on designing and developing Testac – Maveric’s unique test design workbench. Testac enables Maveric to deliver significantly enhanced test coverage to clients while crashing timelines.
PTS brings with him over 25 years of experience in core technology, techno-business consulting and IT project management. He has handled multiple project delivery, managerial and business unit responsibilities involving offshore delivery as well as onsite project management of engagements in the Middle East, US and Europe.
Prior to Maveric, PTS was a Director at Jeta Systems, a company focusing on IT consulting and solution development for small and medium sector clients in India, US and Singapore. PTS also held IT management roles with A.F. Ferguson, India Pistons, United Breweries Group and HCL.
PTS holds a graduate degree in Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B).

V. S. KANNAN
Kannan is a Principal Consultant at Maveric Systems. Over the last ten years Kannan has been playing a dual role in non-functional testing practice development as well as business development.
Kannan’s practice development focus is on building IT security, test environment management and performance tuning competency within Maveric. His business development efforts are focussed on developing the South Africa market for Maveric.
Kannan brings to Maveric over 20 years of experience in the field of IT architecture, infrastructure management, business intelligence and information security management. He has been a seasoned consultant in the telecom, banking and financial services and insurance sectors, both in India and globally, where he gathered substantial architecture and system integration experience.
Kannan had also been consulting as Data Warehouse VLDB Architect for over six years across Telecom, Banking, Insurance and Financial sectors. He has successfully rolled out big data warehouses that capture best business practices, thereby helping in decision making and generating forecasting models.
Kannan is a Science graduate and a post graduate in Arts from Madras University. He is a Certified Information Security Manager from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

SUNIL MANUKONDA
Sunil is the Head of Account Management for the Middle East and Africa regions. In this role, supported by his team of Account Managers, Sunil takes ownership for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by closely monitoring delivery quality, continually seeking client feedback and fine tuning our offerings to key clients.
Armed with over 12 years of hands on experience in delivering large testing engagements across India and UK, Sunil and his team play an active role in identifying client’s key challenges and mobilizing expert advisory from Maveric’s Domain, Practice, Solution and Delivery units.
As part of the role, Sunil is responsible for Professional and Personal satisfaction of the delivery teams engaged in the geography and providing leadership to regional business agendas. He is currently working on the priority of localizing talent sourcing within Middle East.
He has done his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance and is a graduate in Commerce from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
Sunil is an avid follower of cricket and likes playing the game too. He also loves watching movies in his free time.

RADHAKRISHNA THATAVARTI
Radhakrishna Thatavarti is Senior Manager Business Development. He is currently leading business development efforts for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan and Kuwait. Apart from focusing on Maverics’ primary verticals of Banking and Insurance, he is also responsible for consolidating Maveric’s position in the Telecom and Government space.
Radhakrishna’s passion for testing comes from 15 years of extensive experience in executing, managing and delivering software testing projects on various technologies and domains. He has to his credit, hands on experience in designing efficient test automation architecture and running application performance centers.
Prior to Maveric, Radhakrishna founded and managed a 150 member software testing organisation based out of India. Before that he served in managerial positions at BirlaSoft and RelQ.
Radhakrishna has completed his Bachelors degree in Commerce from Gayatri Vidhya Parishad, Andhra University. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Application from Sir M VIT, Bangalore.
